  • After 5 minutes, the order may already be in preparation.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Wrong item delivered: Full refund or replacement.
  • Missing items: Refund for the missing items only.
  • Quality issues: Partial or full refund upon review with photo evidence within 1 hour.
  • Order not delivered: Full refund after investigation.
  • Cancelled within window: Full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after preparation has begun.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Dissatisfaction with taste (not a preparation error).

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • UPI refunds typically reflect within 24–48 hours.
  • Card refunds may take 5–7 days depending on your bank.
